Estimated Payment at Visit
As a courtesy, we do direct billing. We ask you to pay the co-payment/deductible at the time of your appointment.
All providers and plans are different, but insurance coverage is never guaranteed.
To avoid surprises, consult your policy document or call your insurance provider prior to your appointment.
Some insurance companies do not disclose policy details with the dental office.
It is best to be as informed as possible about your insurance coverage.
Here are a few things to look for:
Payment in Full at Visit
Some insurance companies are non-assignable, which means they will not send payment to the dentist. In this case, we ask for full payment at the time of your appointment. We will, however, gladly submit the claim on your behalf and your insurance company will reimburse you directly.
Payment Plan Option
We are pleased to offer convenient payment options to qualified applicants. We have partnered with DentalCard to arrange financing for dental services. You can apply for full or partial coverage of a procedure. Approval generally takes between 2 and 24 hours.
Please call our office if you have any questions and we will be happy to assist.
Appointments and Cancellations
When we make your appointment, we are reserving a room for your particular needs. We ask that if you must change an appointment, please give us at least 2 business days’ notice. This courtesy makes it possible to give your reserved room to another patient who is in need of treatment. There is an $85 charge for not showing up to scheduled appointments. Since Saturdays are prime appointment times, the $85 charge applies to all short notice cancellations and no shows.
We feel our patient’s time is valuable. When your appointment is made, a room is reserved, your records are prepared, and special instruments are readied for your visit. Except for emergency treatment for another patient, you can expect us to be prompt.
We accept the following payment methods:
