Office Payment Policies at Sage Creek Dental Centre

PAYMENT IN FULL AT VISIT

Our goal is to have a clear communication of our financial policy. All accounts are due and payable at time of service. If a procedure requires multiple appointments, payment is required in full at the first appointment.

PAYMENT PLAN OPTION

We are pleased to offer convenient payment options to qualified applicants. We have partnered with DentalCard to arrange financing for dental services. You can apply for full or partial coverage of a procedure. Approval generally takes between 2 and 24 hours.

APPOINTMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS

When we make your appointment, we are reserving a room for your particular needs. We ask that if you must change an appointment, please give us at least 2 business days’ notice. This courtesy makes it possible to give your reserved room to another patient who is in need of treatment. There is an $85 charge for not showing up to scheduled appointments.


We feel our patient’s time is valuable. When your appointment is made, a room is reserved, your records are prepared, and special instruments are readied for your visit. Except for emergency treatment for another patient, you can expect us to be prompt.
